Sterling Owen ‘Dump’ Edmonds was better known as the ‘Wizard of Eagleville’ (1894-1954). His list of inventions included: the dump truck, vacuum street cleaner, Ezy-Jack for truck tires, a milk cooler, air jack and a revolving rural mailbox.
