Scooter’s Deli was located on the corner of Memorial and West Clark, later to become Deli Junction.

Four Flags Mobil was the gas station adjacent to this market. Four Flags Mobil had a hot wax car wash for $2.50 back in the late 1970s or 1980. The regular car wash was 50 cents, and later 75 cents.
