‘Referee Rick Wise keeps a close eye on two contestants in the arm wrestling contest during Central Middle School’s annual field day. In the seventh grade portion of the competition, the homerooms of King, Mason and Sellars tied for first with 63 points each.
In the eight grade Mrs. John Swafford’s room won with a perfect score of 69 points.
Taking second place was Mrs. David Grubbs’ room while Stanley Yeargin’s class came in third.
